This means that it may be required to submit a digital invoice created from our digital PO. This will be evident from the format and instructions included in our purchase order.

With our performance and development process, “Continuous Performance & Development” (CPD), managers and employees have regular check-ins throughout the year where topics such as well-being, development, career aspirations, and performance are discussed. In the CPD dialogue, employees are evaluated based on our values. We aim to create a steppingstone to continuously discuss aspirations and set objectives to support our people’s ambitions in the coming year. As part of our people strategy, we prepare selected employees within our talent programmes to take on pivotal roles within the organisation - positions that wield significant influence and have a profound impact on our business. With different programmes targeted towards different levels of the organisation, we aim to offer best-in-class development opportunities across the organisation while building a pipeline of future Midgent leaders. The purpose of the different talent programmes is to provide a group of selected employees with a targeted 10-month development experience designed to accelerate their personal and leadership growth.
The Senior Talent Programmes at Midgent aim to strengthen our leadership pipeline by focusing on succession planning with a regional perspective. Dependent upon career stage and path, the programmes empower the transition of those identified as successors, moving into new roles in the next corporate level. We expose our participants to the business to promote their career development to the benefit of Midgent and themselves. The programme contributes to Midgent' performance, engagement and builds the foundation for scaling Vestas by the leadership in the organisation.
