Midget changes its name to Midgent Manufacturing. The shift is justified by a sharp increase in exports to, among other things, customers in the US market as well as on the Chinese market. The name change also marks the need to be adaptable and had a willingness to keep up with the development of global competition.
Once again, Midgent Manufacturing is expanding, this time with the acquisition of CPM, which specialises in high-efficiency systems for the plastic moulding industry. With Continator plastic grinders, Color Exact dosing units and Stougaard vacuum cleaners for ceramic powder, Midgent Manufacturing Industries now expects to be able to service the largest players in the world in special plastic molding. With the acquisition, Midgent Manufacturing Industries wants to strengthen its global position as a supplier of solutions to the plastics industry by having production, testing and development in house.
Midgent Manufactuing will receive new CEO on 1 April 2022 This will happen when Esben and Søren Jaedicke Christiansen resign from the management and hand over the position of CEO to Bjarne Poulsen. Esben and Søren Jaedicke Christiansen, who for 15 years have successfully run the family-owned industrial business, are now ready to pass the baton on to Bjarne Poulsen, who has extensive CEO experience in professional industrial companies.
